Legal Officer
Requirements:
* Hold minimum Bachelor degree, majoring in Law from reputable university
* Minimum GPA : 3,00
* Maximum age 35 years old
* Having more than 3 (three) years experience in banking industry or law firm
* Experience in handling banking and non-banking transaction
* Solid knowledge in legal field.
* Able to work independently as well as a team
* Fluent in English both written and spoken
Responsibilities:
* Reviewing and/or drafting agreement and legal documentation for banking and non-banking project/transaction.
* Issuing legal opinion/advise for banking and non-banking project/transaction.
* Assisting other unit in negotiating legal terms and conditions for banking and non-banking projects/transaction.
* Providing presentation for BOD or other units, whichever relevant, related with banking and non-banking projects/transaction.
* Providing presentation/training any unit, whichever relevant, related with legal aspect of banking and non-banking project/transaction.
