Corporate Legal Assistant Manager
General requirements:
* Bachelor in Law for reputable university, LLM degree will be preferred.
* Having a minimum 5 years of experiences from either prominent corporate lawfirm or In-house. Experience in handling Palm oil industry is preferred
* Proficient in English, both writing and speaking. Ability to communicate in Mandarin or its chinese dialects is prefered
* Able to perform corporate legal activities including: review and prepare legal documents; provide legal opinion on all corporate legal matters including: Constitutional (corporate documents), Transactional (transaction activities including M&A, restructuring, financing, etc), and Custodian.
* Open to travel.
* To be a team player as well as individually, able to cope with pressure, flexible, strong analytical thinking; and excelent interpersonal & organizational skills
