Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
* Analysis of portfolio for the requirement of strategy sales;
* Concept development of Account Officer;
* Preparing for opening of Point of Sales Office;
* Sales Direction to business unit;
* Monitoring national sales achievement and determining action for business units;
* Give direction of sales strategy to Business Units.
Requirements:
* Male, max 40 years old;
* Minimum University Graduates preferably from Master Degree from any discipline;
* Minimum experience 5 years in Sales at General Insurance Company or Broker Insurance;
* Minimum experience 3 years in managerial positions and have certified A3IK;
* A strong knowledge of system, business plan and procedure;
* A strong leadership capability and managing people;
* Have good communication skills and presentation;
* Computer Literate (Word & Excel);
* Proficient in English both oral & written.
