We are looking for:
Secretary Purwakarta or Karawang, Jawa Barat
Your Job:
* Assist the sales team to conduct secretarial work paper work such as : typing, filling, dispatch, memo/fax etc in a proper and efficient manner.
* Familiarize herself with services offered by the company and with all important or prospective customers, in order to support her duties or tasks.
* Assist the sales team to bridge communication with client, under direction from his superior such as;
* Maintain communication and team works with other department.
* Assist updating customer and equipment database.
* Perform other related assignment from the superior.
Requirements:
* Having completed your college degree in Secretary or administration (D-3 or equivalent).
* You have acquired at least 5 years experience in the multinational company.
* Familiar with computer software such ; ms.offfice, internet, power pointr etc.
* Understand English both oral and written.
* Preferably applicants living in Purwakarta or Karawang.
