Java Peppers Industries is seeking for high potential candidate to join our team as:
1. PRODUCTION MANAGER ASSISTANT (PMA)
* Male, max. 35 years old
* Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university (min. GPA 3.00)
* Excellent knowledge in production management and food processing with field experience min. 2 years
* Skilled in maintenance and troubleshooting machinary problem
* Strong Knowledge about HACCP and ISO implementation
* Fluent in English, Computer literate
* Honest, responsible, have good attitude, strong leadership and interpersonal skill
* Able to work based on target and able to work in team
2. PRODUCTION STAFF (PS)
* Female, max 27 years old
* Bachelor degree in Food Technology from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00
* Strong knowledge about HACCP and ISO implementation
* Skilled in laboratory experiment (chemical and microbiological)
* Fluent in English, Computer Literate
* Able to work based on target and able to work in team
* Honest, responsible, good attitude and interpersonal skill
* Fresh Graduate are welcome
3. FARM MANAGER ASSISTANT (FMA)
* Male, max. 35 years old
* Bachelor Degree in Agriculture (majoring in Plant Protection /Plant Pests and Diseases preferable) from reputable University with min. GPA 3.00
* Strong leadership, expert in field job and deep knowledge about chili peppers / paprica with field experience min. 2 years
* Strong analysis to identify and treat the symptoms of plant pests and diseases
* Capable to develop, manage, and evaluate a farm system; likes to do experiments
* Hardworker, responsible, excellent team player and able to work base on target
* Fluent in English would be advantageous
4. IT & SYSTEM SUPPORT STAFF (ITS)
* Male, max. 35 years old
* Bachelor Degree in Information Technology / Information System from reputable University with min. GPA 3.00
* Proficient in Linux OS, especially UBUNTU
* Skilled in:
o PC/Server environment (hardware & software) : repair, troubleshoot, maintenance, setup, updating patches, etc
o Basic Programming, System Design & Web developing : PHP, MySQL, PostgreSQL
o Network infrastructure : LAN cabling, wireless, internet, etc
* Hardworker, responsible and able to work based on target
* Fluent in English
* Experience in programming and web developing min. 1 years
5. JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER (JGD)
* Max. 30 years old
* Min. Diploma (D3) degree in Graphic Design from reputable University with min. GPA 3.00
* Skilled in office, powerpoint, Freehand, Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator, Video Editing, Sketching Technique and Offset Printing
* Proficient in MAC OS and PC environment
* Fluent in English, creative & innovative, good typography and visual sense
* Hardworker, fastlearner, responsible and able to work based on target
* Fresh Graduated are welcome
